Molina Healthcare is hiring a Program Manager to provide subject-matter expertise and leadership for program management activities across business, departmental, and cross-functional areas. The role manages program design, implementation, governance, workflows, budgets, reporting, change management, stakeholder engagement, and special projects, while collaborating with legal, compliance, IT, and other teams. It requires at least six years of progressive program or project management experience, including large-scale or multi-functional program leadership in healthcare, managed care, or a similar regulated environment, along with advanced project management, data analysis, budgeting, and Microsoft Office skills.
