Description
Toast is hiring a Senior Program Manager, R&D Talent Programs, to own the end-to-end strategy, structure, cohort experience, and stakeholder alignment for its Product and Design talent programs. The role will build and scale internship and early-career programs, secure intern headcount, design evaluation and conversion processes, manage campus and university partnerships, and develop new R&D talent programs. It is a hybrid position based in Boston with regular onsite requirements, and the disclosed base salary range is $153,000–$245,000 USD in Zone A.
