The role assesses existing systems, translates mission needs into secure, scalable architectures, develops technical requirements and integration strategies, supports implementation and verification, and leads multidisciplinary technical workstreams. Candidates need extensive experience designing and implementing complex architectures in highly regulated environments, with national security, systems engineering, modern infrastructure, AI-enabled systems, or technology transition experience preferred. The position is based in Washington, DC and offers a salary of $116,000–$152,000 plus bi-annual bonuses.
