The role connects Worldwide and Amazon geography teams, analyzes operating models and operational nuances, develops business cases and implementation roadmaps, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and translates global best practices into locally relevant, scalable solutions. A bachelor's degree, project or program management experience, data-driven improvement experience, end-to-end program ownership experience, and English communication skills are required; process-improvement experience and an MBA are preferred.
