Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Supplier Relationship Management to lead enterprise-wide SRM transformation initiatives across global operations. The role develops SRM roadmaps, governance frameworks, supplier segmentation and lifecycle capabilities, performance scorecards, dashboards, and executive reporting; partners with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Digital, and other business functions; and influences senior leaders to improve supplier performance, risk management, collaboration, and operational resilience. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least ten years of enterprise program leadership experience, and willingness to travel 15–35% annually.
