Grab is hiring a Senior Program Manager to operate and automate technology investment planning, governance, budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and portfolio visibility. The role owns end-to-end tech budgeting and forecasting, builds internal dashboards and AI-powered workflows, supports vendor contract negotiations, improves forecast accuracy, and partners with Engineering, Finance, and Tech Strategy. Candidates need 5–8+ years of relevant operational experience, AI automation skills, procurement and budgeting knowledge, and comfort working with senior technical and finance stakeholders.
