Trust for Public Land is hiring a Senior Program Manager, TN Urban Programs to lead a portfolio of urban park, public space, schoolyard, trail, and community development initiatives across Tennessee. The role manages municipal and community partnerships, coordinates workplans and project outcomes, provides technical leadership and community strategy, supports equitable engagement, and represents TPL to local governments, elected officials, nonprofits, donors, and other stakeholders. It is a full-time hybrid position with an anticipated salary of $91,078–$105,000 and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
