Description
Amazon Transportation Services in Brazil is hiring a Cost to Serve Program Manager to lead cost optimization initiatives across its Middle Mile network. The role owns end-to-end project delivery, coordinates stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Engineering, and external partners, analyzes cost structures and financial metrics, drives process improvements, communicates recommendations to senior leadership, mitigates risks, and mentors cross-functional team members. The position requires a bachelor's degree, relevant program management, FP&A, or cost management experience, Portuguese fluency, and business-level English; an MBA, forecasting and financial modeling experience, Excel, AI/ML experience, and strong analytical and communication skills are preferred.
