Description
HDR is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Water/Wastewater) to lead the planning, design, procurement, construction, and completion of large, technically complex water, wastewater, and stormwater capital programs. The role manages multiple high-value projects and stakeholders, oversees risks, budgets, schedules, program controls, safety and quality, client relationships, and multidisciplinary teams. Candidates need substantial water and wastewater engineering or consulting experience, program management leadership on major capital programs, a relevant bachelor's degree, and a recognized professional license or project/program/construction management certification.
