Description
Synopsys is seeking a senior workplace strategy and analytics professional to partner with Workplace Resources leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic planning, portfolio optimization, facilities and real estate analytics, program management, and operational excellence across a global portfolio. The role involves translating complex operational, financial, occupancy, and workforce data into executive insights, dashboards, KPIs, scenario models, and actionable recommendations, while leading complex programs and establishing governance and reporting frameworks. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, business operations, workplace strategy, facilities management, corporate real estate, management consulting, business analytics, or a related field, and advanced expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
