Raft is hiring a Senior Program/Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of a large Army software program supporting RDP deployments at division and corps scale. The role leads a cross-functional Agile software development team, manages delivery execution, contract performance, risk, and stakeholder relationships, translates operational requirements into product direction, and represents Raft on-site at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. Candidates need at least five years of program, project, or product management experience, direct U.S. Army background, STEM-level technical acumen, and eligibility for Secret and Top Secret clearances. The position is onsite with relocation assistance and may require up to 35% travel.
