Vodafone Business Technology Solutions is hiring a Senior Programme Manager in Malaysia to own complex delivery programmes from initial opportunity through handover into business-as-usual operations. The role leads matrix teams across Vodafone, vendors, and customers; manages budgets, milestones, governance, reporting, programme data, stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement; and supports presales governance and Agile delivery. Candidates need an extensive track record in complex ICT or telecommunications projects, experience in a highly matrixed Agile organisation, delivery-oriented programme management certification, a technical degree or master’s qualification, local language ability, and excellent English communication skills.
