Description
Bedford Borough Council is hiring a Senior Programme Manager (SEND Reforms) to lead its Local SEND Reform Plan and major transformation initiatives across education, health, and care. The role will manage complex workstreams, risks, dependencies, delivery, quality assurance, and data-driven impact monitoring; lead a programme team; and work with senior leaders and external partners. It is a full-time fixed-term contract for 37 hours per week over one year, with a salary range of £60,420–£64,183 pro rata, hybrid working, and a closing date of 9 October 2026.
