The Senior Application Programmer Analyst plans, architects, develops, tests, maintains, and supports complex enterprise applications delivered through web, Internet, intranet, and client-server environments. The role includes requirements gathering, application design and programming, documentation, user training, second- and third-level technical support, incident and change management, vendor coordination, and statistical reporting on application performance. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, three years of information technology experience including systems analysis, design, and computer programming, and current experience with .NET, HTML, and web services; relational databases and integration frameworks are highly desired.
