Allient Inc. is hiring a Senior Programmer/Manufacturing Engineer in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to serve as a subject matter expert, trainer, mentor, and leader for the programming, operation, and maintenance of equipment in the Machine Center of Excellence. The role develops and optimizes multi-axis CNC programs, interprets engineering drawings, selects cutting tools and machining parameters, conducts first-article inspections, supports new-product introductions, maintains CNC libraries, and leads Lean, SMED, Kaizen, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The position also trains technical teams and ensures compliance with aerospace quality standards. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least 8 years of CNC programming experience including 3 years in aerospace or precision manufacturing, ESPIRIT knowledge, CAD/CAM proficiency, and experience with aerospace materials and low-volume, high-mix production.
