FAR.AI is hiring a full-time Senior Programs & Strategy Manager to own the intellectual design, content, speaker coordination, participant targeting, and post-event continuity of its growing portfolio of AI safety workshops, conferences, and convenings. The role requires extensive experience designing ambitious technical, academic, or policy-focused agendas; strong familiarity with the AI safety field; original written output; and the ability to manage high-status stakeholders. The position reports to the Head of Programs, offers remote work in the United States or in-person work in Berkeley, California, and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
