Description
The Senior Programs Underwriter will build and manage an IPS portfolio of insurance business, negotiate price and coverage terms, collaborate with agents, brokers, and carriers, develop underwriting guidelines and workflows, conduct program reviews and audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to program development and product innovation. The role requires a high school diploma, 5–7 years of underwriting or relevant insurance experience, and an active state-specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license or the ability to obtain one within three months of hire.
