HDR is hiring a Senior Project Administrator to manage executive-level and specialized project administrative and accounting functions. The role handles confidential documents, correspondence, reports, insurance matters, contracts, budgets, workloads, schedules, project reviews, client invoicing, collections, compliance, meetings, presentations, and coordination with executives and project teams. It may also oversee other administrative project support staff. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least eight years of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; preferred qualifications include 5–10 years of business development, sales, or client-development experience and 5–10 years of field, administration, or management experience in construction, craft labor, or related fields.
