MANTECH is hiring a full-time Senior Project Analyst for its Halawa, Hawaii location. The role leads technical project audits, investigates discrepancies, develops root-cause analyses, monitors performance against benchmarks, validates project health reports and resource burn rates, provides technical guidance, and mentors subordinate staff. Candidates need a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, formal project oversight and technical root-cause analysis experience, an active Secret Clearance, and preferably a related bachelor's degree, PMP or CAPM certification, DAWIA Level II, and DoW project-control experience. The projected compensation is $98,000 to $163,100, with health insurance and other benefits available.
