Description
Nesco Resource is hiring an HR Compliance Analyst to independently manage regulatory compliance for U.S. retirement and employee benefit plans, including Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, VEBA, and Health & Welfare plans. The role prepares and submits IRS Form 5500, SEC Form 11-K, ACA, and other regulatory filings; supports audits and remediation; maintains plan disclosures and compliance records; and collaborates with HR, Legal, Finance, auditors, and third-party administrators. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field and at least three years of Accounting and Auditing experience, with a hybrid schedule of three onsite and two remote days.
