UC Health is hiring a Senior Project Analyst for its Strategy & Business Development Department. The role leads process improvement and quality improvement projects across clinical, administrative, and support functions, partnering with sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, manage resources, coordinate stakeholders, analyze data with Excel, Minitab, and Access, develop metrics, apply Lean and Six Sigma methods, and support accreditation readiness. The position also manages multiple projects, prepares reports and presentations, and coaches colleagues. A bachelor's degree in health care or business and at least four years of managerial or similar responsibility are required; health-care experience, project leadership, and performance-improvement certifications are preferred.
