Description
The Licensed Architect will guide design teams and large or complex projects through design and technical development, manage construction documents and technical records, oversee risk management and quality control, coordinate consultants and junior staff, obtain approvals and permits, conduct field observations, and support project close-out. The role also contributes to training, marketing, thought leadership, and professional representation. It requires at least 10 years of project design and documentation experience, including 5 years as a Project Architect, an architecture degree or equivalent experience, an architecture license, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and related software. The position offers a salary of $130,000 to $155,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, paid time off, and bonus benefits.
