Description
The role is a licensed Architect responsible for leading design teams and technical development on multiple or large complex projects, managing construction documents and technical records, coordinating consultants and junior staff, overseeing risk management and quality control, and supporting project approvals, close-out, and marketing activities. The position requires at least 10 years of project design and documentation experience, including 5 years as a Project Architect, an architecture degree or equivalent experience, an architecture license, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, 3D modeling, rendering, and Microsoft Office.
