Description
HDR is hiring a Senior Project Architect to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate architectural projects through multiple phases. The role includes layout and detailing, client and agency coordination, site work, document review, QA/QC, specifications, addenda, RFIs, change orders, dual project management, and construction contract administration. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in architecture or a closely related field, at least 10 years of experience, registered architect status, Microsoft Office, Autodesk Revit, architectural contract-document preparation, code knowledge, and strong communication and analytical skills. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in architecture, experience with healthcare, educational, civic, science, or research facilities, sustainable design or LEED interest, and knowledge of design and 3D modeling software.
