The role includes coordinating project phases, reviewing architectural documents, managing specifications and change orders, conducting site work sessions, and leading projects in a dual-management capacity. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in architecture or a closely related field, at least 10 years of experience, registered architect status, proficiency with Autodesk Revit, and experience preparing architectural contract documents and specifications.
