The employer is hiring an in-house Senior / Project Architect for a real estate development company. The hybrid role combines lead architectural delivery from concept through construction and handover with design management, consultant oversight, technical compliance, information control, commercial and procurement support, and site involvement. The architect will also represent the company to clients and stakeholders, manage junior architects, and support studio recruitment and capability development.
