MOCA Systems, Inc. is hiring a Senior Project Architect (Owner’s Representative / Architect) for a hybrid arrangement serving the Los Angeles and Southern California region. The role leads large, complex construction projects, oversees design, documentation, consultants, budgets, schedules, construction activities, commissioning, and closeout, and manages project staff and client relationships. It requires a NAAB-accredited bachelor’s degree in architecture, at least 10 years of practicing architect experience including team management, and Registered Architect licensure in the state of practice; LEED AP or DBIA certification is desired. The salary range is $140,000–$175,000.
