ICF is hiring a Senior Project Finance Controller for its Europe & Asia Business Management team on a permanent basis in New Delhi, India. The role manages project financial activities from contract review through project closure, including reporting, revenue recognition, cost-to-complete analysis, billing, accruals, financial controls, audits, and training of Project Managers. Candidates need an MBA, M.Com, or CMA; 8–10 years of relevant project controller or project administration finance experience; intermediate Excel and expert MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; and experience with financial systems, preferably Maconomy.
