FEPS GmbH is hiring a Senior Project Controller to independently control large public construction and infrastructure projects across costs, quality, and schedule, while helping the CFO build a modern, database-supported controlling system. The role includes project monitoring, costing and profitability analysis, reporting structures, KPIs, ERP technical design in Odoo Enterprise, dashboards, and financial statement support. Candidates need a business administration or comparable qualification, several years of large-project controlling experience, strong accounting knowledge, IT and Excel skills, German proficiency, and English proficiency. The position offers flexible working hours and an individual home office arrangement.
