Description
ICM is hiring a Senior Project Controller to help build a scalable project controls function across Operations. The role establishes standards and operating rhythms for cost, schedule, margin, risk, change control, documentation, and project closeout; maintains budgets, forecasts, baselines, and performance reports; and translates data into early corrective action. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 5–10 years of progressive, hands-on project controls or project-based delivery experience, with experience in cost forecasting, scheduling, variance analysis, change control, and stakeholder reporting. Preferred experience includes Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and project controls certifications.
