Description

AECOM is hiring a Project Controls Team Coordinator to lead and develop a team of approximately eight Project Controls professionals across planning, scheduling, and cost management. The role provides technical leadership, performance and resource planning, training, coaching, project controls oversight, stakeholder support, audit and governance support, and escalation handling. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, at least five years of applied Project Controls experience, and experience in planning, scheduling, cost management, or a combination of these disciplines.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum 5 years of applied Project Controls experience acquired within AECOM and/or external organizations.
Experience in Planning, Scheduling, Cost Management, or a combination of Project Controls disciplines.
Experience providing training and technical guidance to team members.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of Project Controls principles and best practices.
Basic or strong understanding of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Strong understanding of cost control, forecasting, budgeting, earned value management (EVM), and performance reporting.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in AECOM systems and tools including Workbench, ABC and Coupa.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with enterprise project management systems.
Exceptional people management and team coordination skills.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and training capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
