The role involves developing work breakdown structures and performance baselines, establishing progress and cost monitoring methods, producing project control reports, and providing performance analysis and recommendations. Candidates should have experience in project controls, particularly in infrastructure, and demonstrate knowledge of earned value, progress updating, cost control, change control, baseline management, reporting, P6, Microsoft Excel, Primavera, reporting databases, and systems such as Oracle and SAP. The role may include SOX control responsibilities.
