Description
Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead cross-discipline project controls teams on high-risk, high-complexity defence and infrastructure projects. The role covers work breakdown structures, performance measurement baselines, cost and cash estimates, earned value analysis, risk management, resource deployment, governance, stakeholder communication, and team development. It requires a relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent qualifications, professional body membership, experience across the project lifecycle and multiple project controls disciplines, and the ability to obtain and maintain UK MoD security clearance. The position expects client and/or Turner & Townsend office attendance of 2–3 days per week, with possible UK travel and overnight stays.
