Description
Studio+ is hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to lead the technical development, documentation, and BIM coordination of complex architectural projects from design through construction. The role coordinates architects, consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary teams; prepares construction documents, field reports, specifications, and renderings; manages RFIs, submittals, code reviews, and AHJ responses; performs site verification; and mentors junior staff. It requires 6–8 years of professional architectural experience, advanced Revit and BIM coordination skills, knowledge of building systems and code compliance, and the ability to work independently in an office environment with periodic travel.
