Virtual Technologies Group, LLC. is hiring a Senior Project Coordinator (IT) to manage concurrent client-facing IT projects from kickoff through closeout, including onboarding, migrations, deployments, upgrades, and technology rollouts. The role coordinates engineers, technicians, vendors, and clients; maintains project plans, budgets, schedules, documentation, and change orders; tracks scope and profitability; and facilitates handoffs to ongoing managed services. It requires at least two years of project coordination or project management experience, familiarity with IT infrastructure and PSA/PM tools, strong communication and Excel skills, and less than 10% travel.
