LaBella Associates is hiring a Senior Project Designer for its Richmond, Virginia office. The role leads architectural projects from concept design through construction, coordinates multidisciplinary teams and consultants, manages documentation and project workflows, supports client meetings and construction administration, and mentors junior and mid-level staff. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, active pursuit of architectural licensure, approximately 6–10+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Revit, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, visualization tools, and Microsoft Office.
