Description
Scout is hiring a Senior Project Development Manager for its East Region to lead U.S.-based utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects through mid- to late-stage development. The role owns project management, land control and real estate, interconnection, permitting, environmental and transmission reviews, contractor and contract negotiations, financial and economic analysis, stakeholder relationships, GIS analysis, and technical optimization, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with executive, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and other teams. The position is based preferably in Boulder on a hybrid 3/2 schedule, with remote arrangements considered and approximately 50% travel. Target base salary is $140,000-$170,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
