Description
CARIAN is hiring a Senior Project Development Project Manager to lead early-stage development of large-scale transmission and substation capital projects for a major utility client in New Jersey. The role manages projects from concept through development, coordinates technical teams and project controls, supports permitting, environmental review, estimating, engineering, procurement, and right-of-way activities, and serves as the primary client contact until projects reach approximately 30% design maturity. The position is onsite at the client site in Morristown, New Jersey, or Reading, Pennsylvania, and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 13 years of transmission and distribution experience, and the ability to travel to project sites.
