Description
CIVCO is hiring a Senior Project Engineer to lead large and complex medical-device projects or programs with limited oversight. The role integrates business, technical, regulatory, quality, customer, supplier, financial, and organizational considerations; develops project plans, forecasts, risk mitigations, and status reports; manages executive and cross-functional stakeholders; and mentors Project Engineers I and II while improving project execution practices. The position is based at the production facility in Coralville, Iowa, with possible flexible scheduling and part-time telecommuting.
