ABB is hiring an Electrical Design Engineer to lead project electrical design tasks, including parts selection, power-system and cabinet design, circuit and wiring diagrams, electrical documentation, PR releases, component manufacturing support, production FAT, Azipod installation and commissioning, warranty NCRs, and complex electrical troubleshooting. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an electrical field, electrical design knowledge, PLC programming and drive-control experience, E-Plan and AutoCAD proficiency, and strong English communication skills; marine-industry experience is preferred.
