Ames Construction is hiring a Senior Project Engineer to provide advanced technical, administrative, and operational support for heavy civil construction projects. The role covers contract and change management, cost control and forecasting, scheduling, field operations support, procurement, subcontractor coordination, compliance, and mentoring junior project staff. It is based at an assigned project location in the Ames Pacific Office region, primarily throughout Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties, with regular travel required. The position offers a base salary of $125,000–$150,000 per year, a discretionary bonus, retirement benefits, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
