The role manages capital projects from assessment and budgeting through design, procurement, contractor coordination, execution, and commissioning, while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and collaborating with plant, operations, and corporate stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of manufacturing experience (preferably food or dairy), and at least three years of capital project management experience are required.
