Description
The Project Manager will represent the Plant or country, coordinate project stakeholders, manage PAM releases and capital expenditure, develop detailed ramp-up plans, oversee Run@Rate and ramp-up KPIs, identify and mitigate risks, and share lessons learned. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, 3–5 years of Project Manager experience including at least two years in a leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, English proficiency, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
