The Senior Project Engineer leads Business Readiness Deployment activities for the MFC 1LMX initiative, including readiness assessments, business-readiness planning, data cleansing, cutover, hypercare, KPI monitoring, and coordination of new-demand requests and software releases. The role serves as a liaison among IT, business subject-matter experts, enterprise teams, and executives, and requires at least three years of transformation or project-management experience in defense, aerospace, or similarly complex environments.
