MP Materials is hiring a Senior Project Engineer for its new Magnetics business in Fort Worth, Texas. The role leads capital project engineering for infrastructure and equipment, supports project conception through execution, coordinates with design firms, OEMs, EPC and equipment contractors, and oversees contractors from scope development through start-up and commissioning. Responsibilities include capital project management, engineering studies, cost estimates, plant support, construction validation, regulatory compliance, and safety and environmental practices. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering and 7–10 years of project leadership experience in industrial and high-tech manufacturing.
