Description
OCMI is hiring a Senior Project Engineer in Long Beach, California to support the delivery of large-scale capital improvement, renovation, and new construction projects. The role coordinates pre-bid and construction activities, reviews plans and specifications, maintains project controls, tracks budgets and change orders, monitors schedules, supports procurement and contract administration, documents site progress, and assists with closeout and client communication. Candidates need at least four years of construction management or related experience, familiarity with construction documents and project delivery methods, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Compensation is $105,000 to $120,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid leave, and other benefits.
