Description
The Senior Project Engineer assists the project management team in managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout and warranty. Responsibilities include client and subcontractor relationships, constructability reviews, bidding and GMP development, scheduling, risk and profitability management, QA/QC, documentation, submittals, RFIs, procurement, change management, cash flow, billing, and closeout activities. The role is primarily on construction sites, with occasional office work, and requires a construction engineering management degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of commercial construction project engineering experience, construction software experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and CPR, first aid, and OSHA 10 training.
