Rock West Composites is hiring a Senior Project Engineer to lead advanced composite product development from concept through production transition. The role manages technical execution, cost, schedule, procurement, testing, risk, customer support, and new-business opportunities while developing materials, processes, tooling, and hardware. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field, at least five years of composite materials or product development experience, and strong knowledge of composite manufacturing, testing, and basic structural analysis. The position offers a $115,000–$140,000 salary, employer-paid medical and dental, a bonus program, 401(k) matching, stock options, a 9/80 schedule, paid holidays, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
