Description
Spin Master is hiring a Product Development Engineer to manage end-to-end toy product development from design through production. The role coordinates internal stakeholders and external suppliers, leads project schedules, reviews 3D CAD and working models, performs DFM and DFA, supports injection molding and other manufacturing processes, troubleshoots defects, and assists with sourcing and cost negotiations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of experience, strong project-management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work from concept through production.
