Worley is hiring a Senior Project Engineer in Billings, Montana to manage and mentor engineering and design teams across oil, gas, and chemical projects. The role coordinates project plans, schedules, contracts, milestones, costs, risks, and stakeholder relationships; bridges the Project Manager and engineering teams; and oversees technical accuracy, compliance, safety, procurement, construction support, and project execution. Candidates need at least 12 years of petrochemical and refining experience, oil and gas experience, refinery experience, and a university degree or equivalent in engineering; a Licensed Professional Engineer is preferred.
